On occasion of Krishna Jayanthi, our school organized a vibrant Krishna Jayanthi celebration to educate our young students about the cultural and religious significance of this festival. Primary students were involved in various activities. Students of Grade I were engaged in colouring pictures of Lord Krishna, while creativity unleashed as Grade II students focused on pot painting. Grade III students participated enthusiastically in making “Mavilai thooranam”.The upper grade IV and V showcased an impressive array of ” Poo kolam”, exhibiting unique masterpieces reflecting the creativity and imagination of its young artist.

The Krishna Jayanthi celebration combined with Grandparents Day in our primary school was a memorable event that not only entertained but also educated our students about the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of India. It instilled values of devotion, love, and righteousness associated with Lord Krishna. Such celebrations play a crucial role in fostering a sense of unity and cultural understanding among the students.
