The Club organised the following events in the school premises on 3rd September 2016, for the parents and grandparents. The events conducted were: 1. Quiz on the Heritage of Chennai 2. Kolam – Traditional Kolams 3. Oratorical Competition – Nenjil Nindravai .

An exhibition SRI MARUNDESWARAR TEMPLE was also organized. The students of standard IV & V recited Slokas from Shiva Puranam.
