World Blood Donor Day

On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, an awareness programme was organized in our school on June 13, 2025 to educate students on the importance of blood donation.

 Dr. Mira Ragunathan, a distinguished medical professional from Apollo Hospitals, was the guest speaker for the event. Dr. Mira delivered an insightful and engaging talk that covered key topics such as the different types of blood groups, the significance of Rh factor, and the life-saving impact of blood and organ donation.

The programme successfully created awareness and inspired many to consider becoming future donors. It was indeed a valuable learning experience for all participants.
